Emergency Medicine Assessments

At least 6 workplace based assessments will need to be completed during the six month emergency medicine module and each trainee is allowed to choose from the list of tools and clinical cases in the curriculum and based on each trainees educational objectives. The forms will need to be printed off and completed by a Consultant, Associate specialist, staff grade doctor or ST4-6 EM trainees.
